With 18 years of hands-on quality-control experience, I have spent 12 years in supply-chain quality management at a listed automotive-parts enterprise. I am familiar with full-cycle automotive component development, VDA6.3 process audit standards and IATF16949 quality-management-system requirements.
My field expertise covers hardware parts, plastic-injection components and electroplating processes. I conduct on-site visits across East-China manufacturing facilities centered in Ningbo.
I work purely for overseas importers as an independent QC consultant. I hold no cooperation, shares or interest in any local factory or trading firm. Every inspection report includes real-site photos, factual observations and practical improvement suggestions, supporting you to make clear sourcing decisions.
